They delivered the wrong shoes (0 star)

They delivered the wrong shoes. I ordered the Azita Heeled Shoes, but I received the Atheena Heeled Shoes instead. I went to their store at Robinsons Place Manila to have the shoes exchanged, but unfortunately, they refused to replace the wrong item they shipped. They told me that if I still want the shoes I originally ordered, I need to pay an additional amount because the item is no longer on sale and its price is now higher.

They delivered the wrong shoes. I ordered the Azita Heeled Shoes, but I received the Atheena Heeled Shoes instead.
