Here is a quick cheat sheet to help define the terms we use to explain your order status:
Shipment in process: your item(s) are being located
Shipped: your item(s) are on their way
UPS Status explanation:
Ready for UPS: has been packaged
Shipped: is on its way
In Transit: is on its way
Out for Delivery: Arrives today
Ready for pickup: Ready to be picked up in store
Delivered: It's been dropped off
Exception: your shipment is currently within the UPS network; however, an unforeseen event has occurred that could result in a change to the scheduled delivery date.
When will my order be processed?
Generally, it takes up to 2 business days to process an order.
Why did my order get cancelled?
We apologize for the inconvenience resulting from the cancellation of your order. An email has been sent explaining the reason for the cancellation.
It's been 2 days and my order is still pending. What does that mean?
It simply means that we're still locating item(s) listed in your order. We send email updates regarding order status every few days to keep you in the know.
How can I cancel an order?
After placing your order, we can cancel any item for you within the first 30 minutes. Chat us or give us a call and we will be happy to help. If you are not able to reach us within 30 minutes of placing your order, not to worry; we have a very easy return policy. Visit our Return Policy for additional details.
When will I receive my order?
Please note that due to the operating schedule of our carrier, you may see delays in tracking information during the Holiday period from Dec 25 to 28 and Dec 31 to Jan 2.
Order delivery and transit times depend on the shipping method you selected.
-Standard shipping: delivered within 10 business days from the date your order was placed (1-3 business days to ship and up to 7 business days of transit time).
-Express shipping: delivered within 5 business days from the date your order was placed (1-2 business days to ship and up to 3 business days of transit time).
